At The New Zealand Pantry, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping is calculated based on the total weight of all of the products in your cart. We pride ourselves on offering some of the most competitive international shipping rates. The cost of shipping increases for each kilogram (KG) of products in the cart. It is worth checking if you can add extra products to your cart to see if the shipping cost remains the same, if the total weight of your cart is 1.5kgs, you can add extra items up to 2.0kgs and shipping will remain the same price. 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is received. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders using NZ Post, who then forward parcels to the destination country’s most reliable local courier for final delivery.

This ensures your parcel is handled by trusted postal and courier networks from dispatch to delivery.

International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

THIS EXCLUDES ORDER BOUND FOR UNITED STATES. THE NEW ZEALAND PANTRY COVERS ALL TARIFFS FOR ORDERS DESTINED FOR ADDRESS' WITHIN THE UNITED STATES & ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED WITH DDP (DELIVERY DUTIES PAID)

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may depend on the destination country’s courier network.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
The NZ Pantry is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipping, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
