At The New Zealand Pantry, we take great care in sourcing and shipping high-quality New Zealand food and grocery products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

  1. Change of Mind
    We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind. All sales are final once your order has been processed.

  2. Food Safety & Hygiene
    For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned food, beverages, confectionery, or grocery items. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of the products we provide to all customers.

  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thenzpantry@gmail.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging (including any damage)

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  1. Shipping Issues
    We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase.

  2. Consumer Guarantees
    Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with relevant consumer legislation.
